Pijali palace treasury

The Pijali monarchy's treasury was situated inside the royal palace on the planet Pijal, found in the Inner Rim. This treasury housed a number of crowns, which were traditionally utilized during the planet's coronation rituals, and a datapad allowed access to its inventory. In 40 BBY, while in the treasury, the court jeweler of Pijal aided Princess Fanry, a member of the Pijali people, in picking a crown for her approaching coronation.

The jeweler used the records of the treasury to provide Fanry with a selection of crowns contained in wooden boxes. As the princess considered her options, Rael Averross, a Jedi serving as lord regent of Pijal, tried to see Fanry in the treasury; however, he was refused access because of the process's sacred significance. Ultimately, Fanry chose one of the most understated circlets stored in the treasury, and the court jeweler carried it to the monarch's coronation two days after.
