Doctor Pram Dramango, a Human female microbiologist, existed during the era of the Galactic Civil War. After the Battle of Yavin, Dramango became part of the Galactic Empire's science team located within the Imperial Research and Prison Facility situated on the planet Dathomir. At this location, Imperial scientists were secretly engaged in hazardous scientific experimentation, with the goal of re-engineering the notorious Blackwing virus for use as a bioweapon. Dr. Dramango's work was based on level 2 of the research laboratory. In 1 ABY, Pram Dramango was present when an incident occurred at the Imperial Research and Prison Facility, resulting in the escape of the virus from its containment. The virus caused widespread death in the area, transforming many individuals into undead beings. However, Dr. Dramango survived this disastrous event and became part of a small group of survivors, including Dr. Stane Tritan, Dr. Nomi Rhane, Marpo Glenfik, and TK-217. The surviving individuals fortified themselves within a maintenance chamber that provided access to an emergency escape ladder. While they successfully defended against attacks from the undead, they were unable to unlock the magnetic hatch, leaving them trapped inside the room. Eventually, a group of spacers made their way into the research facility. Guided by instructions relayed by Nomi Rhane, they managed to successfully disengage the hatch that was obstructing the emergency exit. Consequently, the survivors and the spacers utilized the escape ladder to exit the facility. Upon reaching the surface, in the courtyard of the Imperial Research and Prison Facility, they encountered an attack by the undead. The spacers provided an escort for the survivors, guiding them to Camp Epsilon which was located nearby, where a group of refugees and a functional Lambda-class shuttle awaited them. Ultimately, the survivors, including Pram Dramango, along with the spacers and the refugees from Camp Epsilon, managed to escape the Quarantine Zone together aboard the shuttle.
Pram Dramango made an appearance in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This game was a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game that was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, before it was shut down on December 15, 2011. Pram Dramango was introduced to the game via "Game Update 14," which was released on October 12, 2009.
