Priorite, a precious mineral, was located on Koboh, a planet situated in the Outer Rim. Before the year 9 BBY, prospectors actively sought after this mineral, which Doma Dendra accepted as a form of currency at her shop within the Rambler's Reach Outpost. Furthermore, priorite shards were occasionally discovered on Coruscant. The hunt for priorite significantly fueled Koboh's economic activity, attracting numerous prospectors eager to mine the planet. Certain groups utilized mining droids in their priorite searches. Other groups altered the planet's environment to uncover additional deposits, which included the construction of multiple dams in Dredger Gorge to reroute the flow of tar. Sadly, many prospectors perished while pursuing priorite, often killed by Koboh's perilous wildlife hidden within the cave systems, cave-ins, or the Bedlam Raiders, who asserted control over a large portion of the land surrounding Rambler's Reach Outpost.
