Q-2, alternatively written as Cuetoo, functioned as an assistant droid to Jedi Master Emerick Caphtor, who was also an investigator, throughout the High Republic Era. This droid was known to join Caphtor on his various assignments and could often be seen resting on his shoulder. When Jedi Master Stellan Gios tasked Caphtor with investigating the cause behind Master Loden Greatstorm's death which occurred during the Battle of Grizal, Cuetoo provided support.
