Battle of Grizal

The Battle of Grizal, alternatively referred to as the infiltration of Grizal, transpired following the attack on Valo. In this engagement, the Jedi launched an offensive against the Nihil base situated on Grizal. The Jedi's ability to pinpoint the base stemmed from their strategic decision to permit Quin Amarant, a pirate, to flee Valo aboard a shuttle. Unbeknownst to Amarant, Jedi Knight Indeera Stokes and her Padawan Bell Zettifar were concealed within the shuttle. Upon reaching the planet, the pair activated a homing beacon.

Upon receiving the signal, Jedi Master Stellan Gios and his Red Group disengaged from the ongoing skirmish against a Tempest of the Nihil at Cyclor. They proceeded to Grizal and initiated an assault on the Nihil's stronghold.

During the conflict, Zettifar experienced a brief reunion with his presumed-dead Master, Loden Greatstorm, who was being held captive by the Nihil. However, Marchion Ro, the Eye of the Nihil, deployed a devastating weapon known as the Great Leveler against the Jedi, resulting in Greatstorm's death and causing significant trauma to Zettifar.

In the aftermath of the battle, the Jedi incorrectly believed that Lourna Dee, a Twi'lek Tempest Runner who had escaped the conflict, was the true leader of the Nihil.

Harli Cogra, a Jedi Master, considered the battle to be one of the most significant victories of the Republic over the Nihil.
