The Ramoan relocation project, an initiative spearheaded by the New Jedi Order, involved utilizing the Maledoth—a vessel previously used by the Yuuzhan Vong as a slaveship—to move the inhabitants of a planet that was nearing its end to a more habitable environment. This project was put on hold when Lowbacca departed to respond to a summons from Raynar Thul originating in the Unknown Regions.
