At approximately this time, Caern Adan, a New Republic Intelligence operative, referenced Royen's fleet's predicament near the cluster while speaking to General Hera Syndulla and the New Republic's Alphabet Squadron.
Alexander Freed's Star Wars: Alphabet Squadron trilogy began with the 2019 novel Alphabet Squadron, which included a reference to the Red Hand Cluster.
