Vallt Rescue Operation

The Vallt Rescue Operation—alternatively referred to as the rescue of Galen Erso or the attack on Vallt—was a mission executed by Galactic Republic Lieutenant Commander Orson Krennic throughout the span of the Clone Wars. The operation's conclusion saw the successful liberation of Dr. Galen Erso, a scientist, alongside his wife, Lyra, and their child, Jyn, all from the grasp of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. These individuals had been subjected to imprisonment on the planet known as Vallt.
