Roegr was a Mandalorian male who participated in the battle of Nickel One. He fought alongside Jaina Solo, Mirta Gev, and Vatok Tawr. He harbored a strong animosity, perhaps even hate, towards the Jedi. While infiltrating Nickel One, his brother met his death on a Tra'kad transport, which was struck by multiple mines during an assault on the asteroid. Following the unsuccessful assassination attempt on the entire Moff Council, which was thwarted by Darth Caedus's intervention, Roegr engaged Caedus in a duel. During this fight, Caedus used the nearly forgotten technique of shatterpoints to destroy Roegr's armor. Subsequently, Caedus fatally impaled Roegr by piercing his chest with his lightsaber.
