During the Galactic Civil War era, specifically at the time when it was raging, a droid workshop was run by Ruen on the planet Lotho Minor, situated within its Wreck Belt. Not long after the battle of Vrogas Vas concluded, 0-0-0 and BT-1, who were droids in league with Aphra, an associate of Ruen, obliterated the workshop and killed Ruen.
