Salbee was a female domestic, employed by the crime boss Sarkin Enneb. Her place of work was his manor, situated on the Core Worlds planet of Corellia. Around the time of 13 BBY, she assisted Enneb's indentured worker, Qi'ra, in obtaining her new work clothes and conducted a guided tour of the criminal organization's property. Following an incident where the crime boss physically punished Qi'ra for a mistake, Salbee provided her with detergent-laced water and a cloth to mop up the spillage from the floor. When the indentured worker departed Enneb's employment some days later, she saw Salbee taking on the burdensome tray that their employer had been forcing her to carry, and she felt no sympathy for the domestic.
Salbee, a female domestic, was born circa 31 BBY. She was in the service of the crime boss Sarkin Enneb at his criminal enterprise's manor located on the Core Worlds planet Corellia during the Imperial Era. During her time there, she became intimately familiar with her employer's volatile temperament. Upon Qi'ra's enslavement to Enneb, a scrumrat, around 13 BBY, Salbee dispatched a procurement droid to procure garments for her to wear, finding amusement in the other girl's disgusted reaction to the options presented. Subsequently, the domestic led her on a swift tour of her new work environment, although Qi'ra considered the hasty instructions provided by the other girl to be of little use. When it was time to return to Enneb's audience chamber, Salbee guided Qi'ra through a concealed side entrance disguised as a wall panel to enter the room, leaving the latter with a tray carrying a heavy jug and a cup to balance before departing the room.
When Qi'ra ultimately dropped the tray due to its excessive weight, Enneb began to physically assault her as punishment, causing her blood to mingle with the beverage that had spilled onto the floor. When Sarkin's secretary suggested he needed to attend to his next appointment, Salbee provided Qi'ra with a pail of soapy water and a rag to clean up the mess. The domestic then placed another tray and jug on her arm as the other girl cleaned—aided by a shoulder brace—which Qi'ra was jealous of. After Enneb's last petitioner, Salbee brought the former scrumrat to the kitchen for her to clean dishes until dismissed.
Over the subsequent days, Enneb replicated the same sequence of events with Qi'ra by anticipating her dropping the tray and then beating her at some point later in the day. However, when the Crimson Dawn syndicate's operative Corynna decided to purchase Qi'ra from the crime boss not long afterward, he reluctantly let her leave. As Qi'ra departed Enneb's audience chamber, she observed Salbee picking up a tray for her employer and promptly dismissed the other girl from her thoughts, noting that she held no compassion for the domestic.
Salbee's height exceeded 1.58 meters, and Qi'ra perceived the domestic as appearing well-nourished at the time of their meeting. The domestic initially found amusement in Qi'ra's aversion to Enneb's clothing choices, but she swiftly adopted a more somber demeanor upon remembering that the latter was enslaved. Qi'ra initially harbored resentment toward Salbee, and despite later developing an appreciation for the domestic's attempts to assist her, the former scrumrat was unwilling to aid her in escaping Enneb's employment.
During her employment with Sarkin Enneb, Salbee wore a practical uniform consisting of a flowing gray shirt with a brown vest layered on top, along with brown pants tucked into the tops of her boots. She utilized a shoulder brace to facilitate the carrying of a tray for the crime boss, owing to the weight of the jug balanced upon it.
