Serissu was a Bothan female who served as a pilot instructor for the organization known as the Car'das.
For the Car'das, Serissu was a highly skilled pilot. Post-Battle of Yavin, she was stationed at Tansarii Point Station located within the Bright Jewel system, together with Laetin A'shera, Aleas Rans'ery, and Dartas Pytin. Her role involved the recruitment and training of new pilots.

In the year 1 ABY, Serissu enlisted several spacers to become Car'das pilots. She equipped them with M3-A Scyk fighters and instructed them in fundamental starfighter piloting techniques. The newly trained pilots successfully executed various operations, including patrolling near Station Gamma, engaging in a dogfight with Black Sun pirates around a derelict space hulk, and providing escort for a Car'das officer. Ultimately, these pilots were assigned to combat in the Battle of Tansarii Point Station under Laetin A'shera's command.
Serissu was featured as a non-player character in Star Wars Galaxies, the 2003 video game, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game that was created by Sony Online Entertainment and released by LucasArts, before it shut down on December 15, 2011. Serissu was integrated into the game as a component of the "New Player Tutorial," which was introduced with the launch of "Publish 25," also known as the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.
Serrisu provided the player with an M3-A Scyk fighter for use during the piloting tutorials. She assigned players the initial missions involving space flight, encompassing basic skills such as piloting, docking, establishing contact with space stations, engaging enemy ships, and escorting friendly vessels. Upon completion of her missions, players had the option to interact with Laetin A'shera to receive more challenging space missions.
