Shahkir, the homeworld of the sentient Shahkirin species, existed as a planet situated in the Inner Rim Territories. Its location was designated as M-14 on the Standard Galactic Grid.
Behind the scenes
The planet Shahkir initially appeared on a map designed for the reference work Star Wars: Timelines. This map was distributed as a promotional poster at Celebration Anaheim on May 27, 2022, preceding the book's official launch during Celebration Europe from April 7 to 10, 2023.
