A Force-sensitive human male named Sicarus, who was born on the planet Cerosha and raised within the Brotherhood of the Ninth Door sect, had a male progenitor. This progenitor lived during the High Republic Era. By 228 BBY, Sicarus joined the Nihil Baron Boolan's Jedi hunting group, the Children of the Storm, and addressed Boolan with the honorific Father. In that year, prior to being subjected to experiments by Boolan, Sicarus contemplated that the baron, despite being called Father, was not the [sire] of his existence, remembering his true father.
The 2024 young-adult novel The High Republic: Tears of the Nameless, penned by George Mann and released as a component of Phase III of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia initiative, included a mention of Sicarus' sire.
