Silk weave dusk cape
Hooded capes crafted from silk weave and dyed brown, known as silk weave dusk capes, could be found approximately five years prior to the Battle of Yavin. A street urchin named Ezra Bridger listed one of these capes in a wishlist within his personal journal, as he felt it possessed a fashionable appearance and would serve as effective nighttime camouflage.
Behind the scenes
The initial reference to silk weave dusk capes appeared in Rebel Journal by Ezra Bridger, a reference work authored by Daniel Wallace and released in 2014.
