The fortified base belonging to the pirate Sisay was situated within the city of Tiquwe, found on the Mid Rim planet called Aloxor.
This stronghold was featured in the 2019 book Thrawn: Treason. This was the last book in the canon Star Wars: Thrawn series of books by Timothy Zahn.
