Skywalker wine was a type of drink whose title echoed that of the Skywalker family.
The originator of Star Wars, George Lucas, initially brought up Skywalker wine during Celebration V. This occurred when Jon Stewart questioned him about the unusual nature of the Skywalker name, using it as an illustration of the name's commonness.
This was probably meant to allude to Francis Ford Coppola's Viandante del Cielo (which translates to "Walker of the Sky" in Italian) wine, created using grapes cultivated at Skywalker Ranch. While Lucas most likely meant for the presence of Skywalker wine within the Star Wars universe to be humorous, Leland Chee, the curator of the Holocron continuity database, incorporated it into the database as a canonical drink.
Jon Favreau shared on his Instagram account that George Lucas paid a visit to The Mandalorian set as a birthday surprise. One of Favreau's photographs showed him and Lucas relaxing at a table with a wine bottle labeled "Skywalker," implying that Skywalker wine has been produced in reality.
