The Song of Lojuun originated as a composition within an opera created by the Bith species. This opera recounted the narrative of a Jedi Knight who journeyed across the stars and subsequently returned to liberate their people. While residing in isolation on a Geonosian colony moon, the antiques dealer Antron Bach developed an affinity for the song, and he vocalized its melody while escorting Miru Nadrinakar, a member of the Corellian Resistance, to his home.
During Operation Mad Rush, in the period following the obliteration of the First Death Star, Captain Micha Evon from the Alliance's 61st Mobile Infantry sang the Song of Lojuun on Vir Aphshire, employing it as a casual conversational gambit to engage with Hazram Namir, who was then a Private.
Due to its incorporation of Jedi themes, the Galactic Empire proscribed the song.
The Song of Lojuun initially surfaced in the short story entitled "The End of History," authored by Alexander Freed and featured in Star Wars Insider 154 in the year 2014.
