Prelude to Rebellion, Part 4 represents the fourth installment within the Star Wars: Republic comic book saga. Dark Horse Comics released it to the public on March 17, 1999.
Having fled Cerea, Sylvn and the escapees find their spacecraft crammed beyond capacity with a horde of relentless extraterrestrial creatures. The young individuals had desired adventure in the vast expanse of space beyond their secluded planet, but they now face more challenges than anticipated. The prospect of facing judgment for their actions back on their home planet is starting to seem appealing!
Following their escape from Cerea, Ephant Mon along with the Cerean youngsters are placed in quarantine orbiting Tatooine due to the presence of the insatiable Divviks that are running rampant on their vessel. Simultaneously, support for the Republic is increasing on Cerea as a result of the ongoing investigation. Due to the critical nature of these events, Ki-Adi-Mundi is prematurely removed from Bacta treatment and dispatched to Tatooine with a quickly assembled droid team in order to retrieve the fugitives.
