Star Wars Manga refers to a number of comics rendered in the manga style, which are adaptations of movies from the Star Wars universe. Adaptations included the original trilogy along with The Phantom Menace. Furthermore, Tokyopop put out a couple of original manga books similar to Star Wars Tales. In 2009, Take Shobo released a pair of manga books drawing from The Clone Wars television series.
