A raid was initiated by the forces of the New Republic against a listening post belonging to the Galactic Empire that orbited Esseles. The purpose of this operation was to lure out the Imperial II-class Star Destroyer known as the Overseer and to delay the Empire's pursuit of the Nadiri Dockyards. The mission achieved its objectives, resulting in the complete annihilation of the targeted listening post.
