Sulon existed as one of a pair of moons orbiting the planet Sullust. This moon could be found in the Sullust system within the Sullust sector, situated in both the Outer Rim Territories and the Western Reaches. Its position on the Standard Galactic Grid was M-17, and it was a component of the Incisor Sidestep, Rimma Trade Route, and Sanctuary Pipeline hyperspace routes. Unlike Sullust, Sulon did not have volcanic activity; consequently, the sentient Sullustans from the planet colonized it and transformed it into an agricultural farming hub to introduce diversity into their diet.
Within established Star Wars canon as it exists today, Sulon is named in "Scarif and Other Planets in the Outer Rim," an entry in De Agostini's Star Wars Encyclopedia collection that was published on July 20, 2021.
