Summer melon
Summer melons, a variety of melon, were cultivated by farmers on the planet known as Dalna. During 232 BBY, Honesty Weft, a human child, observed that a blue fruit found on the moon called Wevo possessed a greater weight than the summer melons grown on Dalna.
Behind the scenes
The summer melon made its debut in A Test of Courage, a junior novel from 2021 authored by Justina Ireland. This novel was part of Phase I of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia initiative.
