The Sunder, a vessel of the Onager-class Star Destroyer type, served within the ranks of the Imperial Navy throughout the Imperial Era. It suffered hull damage in a firefight against an enemy MC80 Star Cruiser amidst an asteroid field. This Star Destroyer measured 1,288 meters long, possessed engines, and carried both numerous turbolaser batteries and two superweapons mounted on its forward section.
The Sunder initially appeared on a card of the same name in the Onager-class Star Destroyer Expansion Pack. This expansion was released in 2020 for Star Wars: Armada, the miniatures game developed by Fantasy Flight Games.
