Sungrass

The heavy transport, Sungrass, a Xiytiar-class, saw service with Wraith Squadron while they were masquerading as the Hawk-bat Independent Space Force operating within the Halmad system.

This vessel, which once belonged to an Imperial shipping firm, was initially stationed at a base that New Republic Intelligence attacked. The Empire then recorded it as destroyed, but in actuality, it was fixed, renamed, and given a fabricated background.

During the Hawk-bat deception, the Sungrass functioned mainly as a carrier for the unit's TIEs, as they lacked the ability to make hyperspace jumps on their own. Captain Valton was in command of it.
