Suprin served as a physician on the Arkanian Legacy. He was tasked by Lord Arkoh Adasca with instructing the Mandalorian scientist Demagol, who was posing as Rohlan Dyre, in scientific matters. Some time after this, while he and Eejee Vamm were examining a blood sample belonging to Jarael, Demagol fatally shot them both to prevent them from revealing Jarael's Force-sensitivity to Adasca.
