Tantos Dree

During the era of the Galactic Civil War, a bounty hunter known as Tantos Dree plied his trade. He spent a period of time traveling alongside Roark Garnet, a smuggler, on the light freighter called the Dorion Discus, where he associated with Jill Farseeker and Jackson Farseeker. The Galactic Empire placed a bounty on Dree's head during the Galactic Civil War, amounting to ten thousand credits.

Biography

Operating as a bounty hunter during the Galactic Civil War was Tantos Dree, a male individual. The Galactic Empire sought Dree, placing a bounty of 10,000 credits for his capture. He once found himself aboard the freighter Dorion Discus as it departed from the planet Thorgeld I alongside Roark Garnet the smuggler who captained the ship, Garnet's daughter Jill, and her grandfather Jackson Farseeker. As the Dorion Discus was leaving orbit, the Imperial Customs Frigate Assessor (Assessor) hailed them, requesting a customs inspection. Dree warned Garnet that if the Imperials found him aboard, the smuggler would suffer the consequences. Jill suggested hiding Dree by having him exit the ship and hang onto a rope trailing behind. Disliking the idea of "being strung up like a yoyo," Dree decided to take control of the Dorion Discus's weapons. Simultaneously, Farseeker was calculating the jump to hyperspace. Garnet attempted to deceive the Assessor by claiming to carry priority cargo for the Imperial base on Markon IV, but the Imperials were unconvinced and fired a warning shot across the Dorion Discus's bow, issuing a final warning to stop.

As Garnet initiated evasive maneuvers, Dree fired two shots at the Assessor, missing both times before the Dorion Discus jumped to lightspeed. Upon seeing the visual effects of the jump, Dree expressed his relief at their escape. However, the Dorion Discus's shields failed to block one of the laser blasts from the Assessor. Shortly after Dree's comment, a clicking sound began emanating from the freighter's upper hull, accompanied by minor fluctuations in power. Later, an individual attempted to enlist assistance in rescuing their friends from Dree, but it was a scam.

Personality and traits

Dree possessed an aggressive and hardened personality, fitting for a bounty hunter. As a wanted man by the Empire, he readily threatened his companions to ensure his own safety and was willing to fire upon Imperial ships. However, his training in using the weapons on small space transports was lacking, as he missed a target much larger than the Dorion Discus over Thorgeld.
