Teljkon Vagabond was the designation applied to a massive, 1,500-meter biological starship. The Qella constructed this vessel to safeguard their species' cultural heritage and historical records when their homeworld, Brath Qella, was suddenly gripped by an ice age. The ship's primary mission was to journey back to Brath Qella, utilize its energy beams to thaw the planet, and initiate the resumption of its evolutionary development. It gained its name from an observed presence within the Teljkon system.
The ship's arsenal included a weapon known as the EM Whip. This system launched a pair of substantial spiked projectiles, connected by chains, into an opposing ship. Subsequently, an extremely high-voltage electrical current would be channeled through the established circuit. This action would disable all electronic systems and either kill or incapacitate the entirety of the enemy crew. Its effectiveness was limited to close-range engagements due to the inherent spatial constraints of the connecting cables.
Another offensive system on the vessel was named the Scythe Weapon. This weapon operated by projecting three energy beams from distinct points along the Vagabond's outer hull, after being routed through a complex internal superconducting network. These beams would converge in a scything motion (hence the name), obliterating any target located at the point of intersection. While boasting an extensive effective range of at least 3,500 kilometers, its utility in large-scale fleet engagements was limited, as it could only target a maximum of three or four adversaries simultaneously, and only one such system could be installed on any given starship.
The Vagabond exhibited what appeared to be organically composed walls and bulkheads, possessing the ability to self-repair after sustaining damage.

In 17 ABY, Lando Calrissian, Lobot, R2-D2, and C-3PO successfully boarded the Vagabond as part of an operation by the New Republic to seize control of it. Over time, they came to understand its true objective. While attempting to evacuate the ship's airlock following the vessel's jump to hyperspace after damaging the interdiction picket Kauri with its "scythe" attack, Lando and Lobot made the discovery of the vessel's organic composition. The Vagabond eventually arrived at Prakith, a world located in the Deep Core within Sector 5. The Imperial patrol frigate Bloodprice initiated an assault on the Vagabond, which then retaliated with its "mace" attack. The Bloodprice was completely destroyed, with all crew members perishing. The Imperial cruiser Gorath observed the engagement and promptly alerted the Imperial Adz-class patrol destroyer Tobay, instructing it to prepare for a micro*jump in order to assist Gorath in intercepting the TeLjkon Vagabond. The Vagabond annihilated the Gorath, but the Tobay survived, ironically because its older age meant the sensor and navigational equipment were faulty.
