Thadlé Berenko, a senator of the female persuasion, was a human representing the planet of Naboo within the Galactic Senate of the New Republic. Her service occurred during the time of the conflict that embroiled the Resistance and the First Order. The death of Berenko came about when Hosnian Prime, the capital Galactic world and seat of the Senate, was destroyed by the First Order.
The 2015 cinematic release, Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, which initiated the Star Wars sequel trilogy, marked Thadlé Berenko's initial appearance. While she remained unnamed in the movie itself, she gained her identity via Star Wars: The Force Awakens: The Visual Dictionary, a companion book authored by Pablo Hidalgo and made available on the same day as the film's debut.
