The Final Fury!, which appeared in Pizzazz 9 during June of 1978, represented the concluding chapter, the ninth, of the The Keeper's World saga. This complete narrative was later republished within the UK, spanning issues Star Wars Weekly 47–50 across 1978 and 79, and also in the 1999 comic book Star Wars 0, which had a limited print run.

As Keeper's World's surface erupts with lava geysers, Imperial forces withdraw, assuming the rebel targets of their pursuit have been destroyed by the calamitous events. Once the Imperials have departed, the Keeper subdues the groundquake, demonstrating that she maintained complete command over the natural disaster. Furthermore, she is also shown to have protected Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, C-3PO, and R2-D2.
The Keeper then reveals that she possesses nearly total control over the planet, which she uses to fulfill her purpose of preparing the world for the eventual return of her creators. She uses a portion of this power to repair the rebel scout ship, enabling the rebels to proceed with their assigned task. Leia expresses her contentment that the Keeper will experience a more tranquil existence, while Luke voices his aspiration that if they are successful in defeating the Empire, such peace might extend to the entire galaxy.
