Tovarskl, a terrestrial planet situated within the expanse of Wild Space, served as a colony for the Yam'rii.
During the time of the Huk War, Grievous spearheaded his elite Kaleesh forces, extending their campaign of conquest to Tovarskl. This bloody advance was only halted when the Yam'rii sought assistance from the Galactic Republic, resulting in the arrival of the Jedi to quell the conflict.
As the Clone Wars intensified, Grievous, now a cyborg and the Supreme Commander of the Separatist droid army, led his battle droids back to Tovarskl. There, he finished what he had previously begun by annihilating the Yam'rii population. Furthermore, Grievous eliminated Jedi Masters Puroth and Nystammall on Tovarskl's fire-grass plains, seizing their lightsabers as trophies.
In the year 44 ABY, Tovarskl became a battleground as Moffs from the Imperial Remnant clashed over territory amidst the machinations of Natasi Daala against Head of State Jagged Fel.
Jason Fry verified that, in contrast to information presented in The Essential Atlas's Kalee article, Tovarskl exists within a system distinct from Kalee, as depicted on the Pentastar Alignment map.
