TPS report

A TPS report was a mandatory document for members of the Imperial remnants stationed on Morak, required upon completion of assignments. During a mission aimed at penetrating the Morak Imperial refinery, Din Djarin encountered Imperial officer Valin Hess. Migs Mayfeld, a former Imperial sharpshooter, tried to assist Djarin by explaining to Valin Hess that Djarin had experienced damage to his ear canal. Subsequently, he attempted to lead Djarin away by suggesting they needed to complete TPS reports in order to replenish the power coils. Nevertheless, Hess declared that they were not excused, before pointing out that they were the sole HCVw A9.2 juggernaut transport drivers to successfully deliver rhydonium to the refineries and expressed his desire to offer them a beverage.

Behind the scenes

The initial reference to TPS reports occurred in "Chapter 15: The Believer," which is the seventh installment of the second season of The Mandalorian. The comedic film Office Space from 1999 significantly increased the popularity of TPS reports.
