Treasure of the Hidden Planet is an animated movie that came out on DVD back in 2004. The film is actually a full-length compilation, crafted from episodes of the Star Wars: Droids series, specifically "Tail of the Roon Comets", "The Roon Games", "Across the Roon Sea," and "The Frozen Citadel."
Back in 1997, episodes 5 through 8 were put together to create The Pirates and the Prince, and then later in 2004, episodes 10 through 13 were used to make Treasure of the Hidden Planet. The Pirates and the Prince combines four of the five episodes from the Mon Julpa story arc into a single narrative, while Treasure of the Hidden Planet does the same with the four episodes of the Mungo Baobab story arc. The original opening sequence and theme music are not part of these films; instead, they were replaced with simple credit sequences and new musical scores composed by Marco D'Ambrosio.
Besides taking out the show's theme song, there were also a number of other minor changes made for the home video releases, with the soundtrack seeing the most significant alterations. The song that R2-D2 plays on the jukebox is now the same song that the Max Rebo Band performs in The Pirates and the Prince. A brand-new introduction is narrated by Alex Lindsay (who worked on digital effects for The Phantom Menace), acting as the voice of Mungo Baobab. The opening moments of Treasure of the Hidden Planet include clips from the television special called "The Great Heep," but the full special isn't included. These omissions, along with the added dialogue, were all done to create a more cohesive story, giving the impression of a feature film.

Treasure of the Hidden Planet was distributed on Region 1 DVD on November 23, 2004 under the name Star Wars Animated Adventures: Droids. It featured both The Pirates and the Prince and Treasure of the Hidden Planet. Later on, these compilation movies were released in some Region 4 countries, like Brazil (the Brazilian version came out in 2005 and had both Region 1 and 4 codes on the same disc) and Australia.
