Troigs represented a sentient species originating from the planet known as Pollillus. A defining characteristic was their possession of two heads, each exhibiting a distinct personality and emotional disposition. Despite their duality, both heads possessed a unified consciousness, resulting in heightened alertness and observational skills. Their intellectual capacity and inquisitiveness were notable, enabling them to master numerous languages and foster a significant number of accomplished scientists. While each head of a Troig had its own name, they could be combined to avoid confusion. A prime illustration is Fodesinbeed, the renowned podracing commentator, whose name was a combination of his two heads, Fode and Beed. Fode and Beed would provide commentary on the races in two separate languages. Their preferred environments were forests or jungles.
