The Trune family farm, a farm situated on the Mid Rim planet Yungbrii, was managed by the mother and father of Sela Trune, who departed to enlist in the New Republic Security Bureau. Subsequently, in under a month, the farm became embroiled in a skirmish between New Republic officers and the Spice Runners of Kijimi, with the Trune family utilized as human shields. Trune's parents, along with her younger brother Gaithel, met their death, while the remaining Spice Runners fled on a hijacked starship.
