Tsuulo was a male Rodian originating from Coruscant. He later became a scrumrat within the White Worms organization based on Corellia.
During the decline of the Galactic Empire, Tsuulo, a male Rodian, originated from the sprawling planetary metropolis of Coruscant. Born into a wealthy family alongside his older sibling, Reezo, he fervently pursued education as a youth, dedicating himself to the study of technology and engineering. On one occasion, he encountered a bearded man who appeared to be homeless distributing pamphlets related to a museum focused on an ancient belief system known as the Force.
He perused selections from a manuscript titled Annals of Light and Being. The Empire eventually discovered the museum, leading to its closure. Despite his unanswered questions regarding the Force, Tsuulo maintained his belief in its existence. When he and his brother were still young, their parents brought them on a business trip to Corellia, where a [speeder](/article/speeder] driven by a furious Besalisk who had just been terminated from his job collided with them.
Since Reezo was of sufficient age to care for his brother, Tsuulo was entrusted to his care, along with a modest inheritance from their deceased parents. Reezo proceeded to deplete their funds by purchasing components for a speeder, intending to engage in illegal street racing. He was confident he could easily double their wealth, but instead, he wrecked the speeder. Tsuulo was enraged upon discovering this, and despite Reezo's apparent remorse, he persisted in racing. Reaching his limit, Tsuulo abandoned his brother, convinced he could fare better independently.

Tsuulo became a scrumrat working for a small criminal group called the White Worms, which was led by Lady Proxima. As one of the older scrumrats, he was considered a candidate for the position of Head, alongside Han, Qi'ra, and Rebolt. These four individuals competed for the role, although it was widely believed that either Han or Qi'ra would ultimately be chosen. This became even more evident when they were both assigned to the same mission.
On the same morning, while asleep, Tsuulo received a message from Han through a ratcatcher droid, requesting his assistance and asking him to deliver food to the cave of Old Man Powlo. He complied, and Han, accompanied by Qi'ra, explained that they were fugitives from Proxima, possessed a Datacube sought after by many, and needed his help to decipher it. He successfully decrypted the datacube, discovering that it contained schematics for a concealed Imperial portable shield generator.
They were chased through the sewers by Rebolt and his hounds, but they managed to escape and steal Reezo's speeder to reach Qi'ra's safe house located in the Silo. They devised a plan to locate Han's acquaintance, TD-H4, who was employed by the Droid Gotra. TD, also known as Tool, was a collection of scrap metal in the Foundry's basement. Tsuulo employed his datapad to aid in repairing the droid, enabling it to provide information about the cube.
Subsequently, they resolved to return the cube to its creator, a woman known as "The Engineer," in exchange for a second offer. While attempting to flee the Foundry, they were pursued by stormtroopers, who were revealed to be working for The Engineer. They received a contact number, which they used to communicate with The Engineer. She informed them that a shuttle would be waiting to transport them to her yacht, but first, she required them to rescue one of her captured assets from Imperial custody.
They successfully rescued the Wookiee named Kirroo and returned him to The Engineer. Narrowly escaping the Empire, they were transported to her yacht, the Red Nimbus. They returned the cube to its owner, and from that point, they formulated a strategy to revise the bid and allow the trio to rejoin the White Worms once the process was complete. They consulted with Lady Proxima, who agreed to the terms and assisted in organizing the auction for a fee of 0.611% of the winning bid.
The Kaldana Syndicate emerged as the victors, dispatching a vessel to the Red Nimbus to finalize the exchange. They were also supposed to provide Han, Qi'ra, and Tsuulo with a ride back to Corellia; however, The Engineer warned Qi'ra that the Kaldana intended to eliminate them after the exchange and that they needed to find a means of escape. She conveyed this information to her companions, and when the gangsters brandished weapons, they made a dash for an escape pod. Unfortunately, Tsuulo was shot in the back during their escape attempt. Nevertheless, Han and Qi'ra were able to escape using his datapad.
Tsuulo's remains, along with the rest of the Kaldana syndicate, were destroyed by the Red Nimbus, as The Engineer had apparently been hired by the Droid Gotra to eliminate the Kaldana after they received the data cube.
As a gesture of gratitude for assisting in Tool's repair, the Droid Gotra intended to present Tsuulo with his own speeder; however, due to his passing, it was given to Han and Qi'ra, who then gifted it to Reezo as a replacement for the one they had stolen.
