A console guard, who was a human, worked at the Imperial Prison Complex located on Narkina 5. When the prisoners on Level 5 began their uprising during the Narkina 5 prison escape, the console guard put out a call for reinforcements, but Cassian Andor fatally shot him, resulting in his death.
