Unidentified Gotal priest

The priest, whose name is unknown, serving H'kig was taken prisoner during the events of the First Battle of Obroa-skai. This male Gotal was one of many transported to Harrar of the Yuuzhan Vong priest caste; Harrar was in charge of deciding who would be worthy of sacrifice to their deities following the triumph in battle.

A short discussion took place between Harrar and the Gotal priest, during which Harrar questioned him regarding the core tenets of his faith. Harrar presented the priest with a choice: acknowledge the Yuuzhan Vong gods and be spared from death. The Gotal priest retorted by stating that only a deity that was false would crave death and ruin, also saying that his own god did not require offerings of blood. Harrar proposed that the god of these infidels had forsaken them when they needed him most, but the Gotal responded that they were not abandoned, as the Jedi were still present. The priest and the Intendant then engaged in a brief exchange concerning the duality inherent in the Force. Harrar ended the discussion, resolving to eliminate the Jedi Knights.
