Unidentified Imperial warlord 3

A figure known as a warlord held membership within the ranks of the Shadow Council. This warlord outwardly signified their assent to Moff Gideon's suggestion that the Council should proceed to select a leader from among themselves, rather than remaining in wait for the reappearance of the absent Chiss Grand Admiral of the Imperial Navy, Mitth'raw'nuruodo, also known as 'Thrawn', emitting a low, mirthless laugh as a response, while another warlord audibly approved of what Gideon had expressed. Furthermore, this warlord voiced worry upon hearing Gideon's explanation that the security risk to his remnant that he brought up stemmed from the warrior-people originating from Mandalore, which he vocalized in response.
