A male being, identified by the gender, was part of the Jedi Temple Guard during the year 19 BBY. Following Anakin Skywalker's descent into the dark side of the Force, where he took on the mantle of Darth Vader, his Sith Master, Darth Sidious, commanded him to eliminate the Jedi residing within the Jedi Temple. Upon noticing the approaching clone troopers, the Temple Guard sensed no threat, only a sense of recognition. As the group approached, the guard noticed a dark figure leading the troopers and was puzzled. He quietly spoke the name Skywalker, before the fallen Jedi cut him down.
Eventually, the guard's helmet ended up in the possession of Dok-Ondar, an antiques dealer, who displayed it in his shop on the planet Batuu. In the time of the New Republic Era, Karr Nuq Sin, a Force-sensitive individual, journeyed to Ondar's shop in pursuit of Jedi artifacts. While Ondar was searching for an item for Sin, Sin made contact with the helmet and witnessed the guard's demise.
