A communal bathhouse functioned amidst the Galactic Civil War within a steel-gray structure. This building was situated in the cavern city of Pinyumb, which served as the capital on the volcanic planet Sullust. In the year 3 ABY, the stormtrooper known as Thara Nyende happened to pass by this bathhouse while en route to her uncle's cantina.
During the Galactic Empire's lockdown of Pinyumb in that very year, individuals who were victims of the Empire's raids found themselves taken to a vividly blue pool located inside the public bathhouse. Nien Nunb and Hazram Namir, two figures belonging to the Rebel Alliance, made their way to the location with the intention of aiding those who had been hurt. However, one man among the local inhabitants tried to turn the rebels away, holding them responsible for the Imperial-imposed curfew. Following an exchange with the man, Namir went back to helping the injured residents and then left the bathhouse alongside Nunb.
The public bathhouse was featured in the 2015 novel Battlefront: Twilight Company, penned by Alexander Freed.
