This event transpired between the years of 2 BBY and 4 ABY. While transporting the deceased pilot's body, Fett traversed the encampment of criminals Zingo Gabnit and Turfitch. He subsequently received the reward for the pilot from the Bounty Hunters' Guild after delivering his remains to a local cantina.

Serving the Alliance to Restore the Republic, a male rebel pilot had a substantial bounty of 50,000 credits placed upon them, spanning the period between 2 BBY and 4 ABY. On Carajam, a planet situated in the Outer Rim Territories, the bounty hunter known as Boba Fett successfully claimed this bounty, fatally shooting the pilot between the eyes. Fett then secured the corpse onto a droid mount and proceeded across a [desert](/article/desert] landscape of Carajam to collect the promised reward.
During his journey, Fett passed through a camp occupied by the criminals Zingo Gabnit and Turfitch, along with another human whom Gabnit was on the verge of executing. Aware of Fett's formidable reputation, Gabnit and Turfitch respectively prepared to engage in combat and flee. However, the human managed to escape. Fett, instead, ignored them. Gabnit, upon noticing the corpse, realized that Fett had already accomplished his mission. Fett eventually arrived at a cantina within a town's limits, carrying the pilot's body inside. There, he received compliments on his work from a Neimoidian and a Trandoshan patron. Subsequently, a Bounty Hunters' Guild agent presented him with the reward for the pilot's demise.
The pilot's attire consisted of an orange flight suit complemented by a white K-22995 light flight helmet.
This pilot character was conceived for the one-shot comic titled Age of Rebellion - Boba Fett 1, a part of the Age of Rebellion series. Marvel Comics published the comic on May 8, 2019, featuring writing by Greg Pak and pencils by Marc Laming. Prior to the comic's release, a preview showcasing the pilot's corpse was featured on StarWars.com on April 15, 2019.
