A bartending automaton was employed at a tavern located on Sran within the Ash Worlds. This droid attended to Nihil Strike Andrik Keller, who was on a mission to free Tempest Runner Lourna Dee from Republic imprisonment. Among the droid's clientele was also Pan Eyta, a previous Tempest Runner, who desired retribution against Dee for her act of betrayal. The droid dispensed several alcoholic beverages to both Eyta and Keller, after which Keller gave an account of the Battle of Galov, detailing Dee's capture. Following this, Eyta murdered both Keller and the droid before leaving to find Dee.
The audio drama The High Republic: Tempest Runner, released in 2021 and penned by Cavan Scott, marked the initial appearance of the serving droid.
