A male Weequay was being held as a prisoner by the Pyke Syndicate in their fortress located on the planet Oba Diah during the Clone Wars. He was confined to a prison cell with an Ithorian. Trace Martez, a pilot, broke free from interrogation and, while fleeing, passed the Weequay's cell. However, a Pyke apprehended her. The Weequay pleaded with Martez to release him and the other prisoner. As the Pyke tried to restrain her, Martez used her foot to activate the cell door's controls, freeing them. The pair of prisoners then assaulted the Pyke and confronted additional guards, allowing Martez to get away. Both the Weequay and the Ithorian managed to flee the [fortress](/article/fortress]. Later, they encountered Martez, along with fellow escapees Rafa Martez and Ahsoka Tano, in the streets of the nearby city.
