During the blockade of the Utegetu Nebula in 36 ABY by the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances, she was under the command of Admiral Nek Bwua'tu of the Galactic Alliance Fifth Fleet. Her role involved evaluating the extent of damage incurred during combat.
During the attack on the Fifth Fleet at the Murgo Choke by the Dark Nest, a clandestine Killik hive, the Admiral Ackbar sustained significant damage. In this battle, Urbok and Lieutenant Commander Reo met their death at the hands of Dark Nest assassins. Ensign [Yuul], the sole remaining engineer capable of performing his duties, was promoted to Captain in the field, succeeding Urbok in her position.
Urbok's character was referenced within Dark Nest II: The Unseen Queen, a novel from 2005 that forms part of the Dark Nest Trilogy authored by Troy Denning.
