Urkhaste

Urkhaste, an officer holding the rank of major within the structure of the Galactic Empire, is known for presenting a collection of talks called Principles and Precepts of Defensive Fortifications at the Alsakan Academy located on the planet of Alsakan. These lectures focused on the strategies and placements related to defense, and records of these talks were kept within the "Alsakan Imperial Academy" portion of the Imperial Archives. Later, in 35 ABY, the historian Beaumont Kin made reference to Urkhaste in his book titled The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire, asserting that, although other instructors at the academy were sometimes behind the times, the major's lectures had an almost mythical reputation.
