Veeroa Denz was a female Nautolan acolyte of the Sith Academy located on Korriban during the time of the Galactic War. Following a Zakuulian attack, she fled Korriban and sought refuge on the moon of Nar Shaddaa. The arrival of Zakuul in her new sanctuary ultimately caused her to join the Alliance in their struggle against the Eternal Empire.
Denz, a Nautolan who began as a slave, possessed Force sensitivity that resulted in her being brought to the Sith Academy on Korriban. There, she had to deal with a cruel Overseer. During a Zakuulan attack on the Academy, she managed to escape her training by killing her overseer and running away to Nar Shaddaa. On Nar Shaddaa, she sought to create a new life for herself while also assisting fugitives who were fleeing from the Eternal Empire.
After she and The Commander collaborated to destroy the Star Fortress orbiting Nar Shadaa, she became an ally in the fight against the Eternal Empire, providing assistance until the fall of Zakuul.
Veeroa Denz was initially introduced to the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic with the release of the digital expansion Knights of the Fallen Empire. She served as the local contact on Nar Shaddaa for the Star Fortress mission series.
