Verroth was a planet-like celestial body. During the era of the conflict that pitted the revived Sith Empire against the Galactic Republic, a hacker who had pilfered blueprints for an innovative spacecraft from Zentine Dynamics, a starship producing entity, took refuge on Verroth around that time.
Around 3643 BBY, an associate of either the Republic or the Empire dispatched an ally to Verroth. The goal was to obtain the shuttle schematics from the aforementioned hacker. Arriving on Verroth, this associate gained access to the hacker's systems, successfully retrieving the designs. Furthermore, they erased his data and absconded with select items from a noteworthy collection of tech information.
The planet Verroth appeared in the 2011 video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, created by BioWare, specifically in the Crew Skill Mission titled "Corporate Espionage." However, details concerning the mission's conclusion were subsequently taken out of the game.
