Weet functioned as a Delta-class DX-9 stormtrooper transport utilized by the Rebel Alliance throughout the duration of the Galactic Civil War.

Weet served as a method of conveyance, housing Rebel spies concealed within a Rebel Class-D cargo container designated Pi, which was encircled by Type A mines. An Assault Gunboat, identified as Mu 1, neutralized the minefield, and subsequently conducted an inspection to ascertain the container's contents. Following this, the transport was deployed from the container and initiated an escape attempt, only to be rendered inoperable by the Gunboat. Subsequently, System Patrol Craft Scythis executed a boarding action on the transport, leading to its capture.

A recording of the aforementioned incident was created and subsequently employed as a training tool for prospective pilots in the effective operation of a Gunboat. Maarek Stele was among the pilots who underwent this training.
