Wlesc existed as a district within the city of Pesktda which was located on Garqi; specifically, it was positioned to the east of the Pesktda Xenobotanical Garden. In the time of the Yuuzhan Vong War, the Yuuzhan Vong utilized it as a training ground for their Thrall warriors. During the Battle of Garqi, Jacen Solo employed holovision goggles in order to gather intelligence about this training facility.
